Hose and low side quick coupler.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlastic\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDirection for use :\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTurn the valve handle of the charging kit counterclockwise until the piercing stem is in the up position.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThis will prevent piercing the R-134a can.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eScrew the low side service port on the A\/C system.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLocate the low side service port on the A\/C system.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the cap from the low side service port.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAttach quick connect fitting to the service port by pulling the connector ring back as you push it onto the service port.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMake sure the fitting is tight.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eStart the engine and set A\/C system control to max A\/C.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTurn the valve handles counterclockwise until you can hear the refrigerant leaving the can.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWhile charging, rotate the can between 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock every 2 to 3 seconds while continuously agitating (shaking) the can back and forth.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eContinue this process until the can is empty(5 to 15 minutes) or until the correct amount of refrigerant is charged into the A\/C system.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWhen the can feels empty, hold it upside down for one minute to remove all refrigerants.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCharge the R-134a A\/C system per OEM specifications.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove quick connect fitting by pulling back on the connector ring and then pulling it off the service port.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the can from the charging kit and discard it.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNote :\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlways store the charging kit with the piercing valve in the up position.
